VOLUNTEER FORM: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP

Volunteers will be required to work three 4 hour shifts between Thursday and Sunday.

OR, if you are available to come Wednesday to help set up OR stay Sunday to help clean up, please let us know and we'll adjust requirements based on your availability.

All volunteers will be required to pay full price for a ticket up front, but once all responsibilities are met and shifts honored, we will refund all but $40.

Scheduling is based on when you state you are arriving.

If you need to leave at specific times over the weekend, please do not volunteer, as we cannot work around individual schedules.  Of course you can leave after your scheduled duties if you so choose.  

We expect all volunteers to arrive on time for their shift and be sober, polite and do their job as we would.

When filling out the form below, in the "Your Message" box, you must type the day and time you are coming and your order of preference:

MERCH - sell our cool swag
SECURITY - check wristbands and help if any trouble ensues
PARKING- guide people to park responsibly and efficiently
TRASH - Empty common area trash cans only as needed
GATE - Ticket sales at front gate, welcoming committee.

• You must be 18 or older
• You must be staying the whole festival
• You must be arriving Thursday before noon.
• If you do not provide a valid email or phone number, you will not be considered
